Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Full payment is due according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure.

Limitation of Liability

Elegant Road Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
